sage & shine was born from our son sage’s journey and the four simple affirmations that carried our family through one of the hardest seasons of our lives.
what began as daily reminders of strength became a mission to help others recognize the strength they already carry within.

inspired by the affirmations that helped our family through sage’s hospital journey, our mission is to create meaningful reminders of the strength that already lives within each of us. through our products, stories, and community, we hope to help people remember that they are strong, brave, tough, and capable of overcoming hard things.
inspired by the work of lynne mctaggart and dr. joe dispenza, we hope to use this platform to bring people together through collective intention—to send love, healing energy, encouragement, and prayer to those who need it most.
